Research Assistant
Job Overview
We are looking for a Research Assistant to help collect data on product usage, market
trends, and customer needs through field research and data analysis. If you are a skilled communicator, enjoy traveling, and want to be part of developing devices that promote equitable access to healthcare, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Travel to hospitals to gather qualitative and quantitative data on medical device usage from healthcare professionals.

Analyze collected data and prepare reports on market surveys, user experiences, and product information.

Collaborate with the R&D team to provide insights that assist in product development and improvements.

Prepare presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to hospitals in rural areas.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Prior experience in coordinating or working with healthcare professionals will be considered an advantage.
