Business Development Manager
Full-time | Mid-level (2–3 yrs experience)
Location: Block 28, near MRT Samyan

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help drive the company through smart planning, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful market insights.
What you’ll do

Develop and own business plans that turn company goals into clear, actionable strategies.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.

Create strategic proposals that help leadership make informed, forward-looking decisions.

Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory to keep initiatives aligned and moving.

Build and manage relationships with external partners, clients, and suppliers.

Track progress, flag risks early, and help ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
What we’re looking for

2–3 years of experience in business development, planning, or strategy, medical device experience is not required.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Sciences, or related field (master’s preferred).

Fluent in reading, writing and communication in both Thai and English, able to work with international partners.

Able and willing to travel (e.g., to meet partners, visit healthcare sites, or attend medical events)

Have strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Clear communicator, comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.

Organized, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

Experience in B2B or import/export operations is a plus.
Career Growth
You’ll report directly to and be mentored by the MD/cofounder. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on larger projects, lead regional initiatives, and shape strategic decisions. This role can evolve into a leadership path in strategy, commercial management, or business operations depending on your strengths and interests.
