Operations Manager
At Popolo Health, we believe in making healthcare better, smarter, and more accessible. In this role, you'll oversee daily office functions, support team coordination, and ensure smooth operations across departments all while helping align our activities with the bigger picture of our mission to improve health access and outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight: Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative tasks and interdepartmental communication. Monitor and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Office Operations: Oversee and streamline the daily office operations, ensuring effective coordination across departments and adherence to operational goals.

Team Management: Facilitate key activities to support team growth and stability, assist with staff onboarding and contribute to the creation of a positive work environment.

Provide operational support for Sales & Marketing activities, ensuring all logistics and documentation aligned with business strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred).

2-3 years of experience in office operations, with exposure to team management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with office management software, familiarity with procurement systems is a plus.

Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and streamline operational processes.
Salary Range

30,000 - 40,000 Baht
