Operation Coordinator

Popolo is searching for the operation coordinator to support our first product delivery and growing product portfolio.
As the operation coordinator, you have to involve a bit in almost every process, from travel but significantly important to help deliver the devices that make patients access healthcare they deserve.

In this role, we will be counting on you to

  • Coordinate the supply chain of the business, from the ordering to distributing processes, and communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the operation plan

  • Conduct market research, keep up to date with the industry forecasts and share findings with the team

  • Source new suppliers, help negotiating purchase terms and ensure timely deliveries

  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance

  • Prepare document and presentation to require for meeting and follow up important action items

You need to have/be

•    1-3 years proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Engineering or related background is preferred)
•    Have driver license and personal car, and be able to travel across country
•    Adaptable and fast learner with entrepreneurial drive, willing to get your hands dirty to deliver the healthcare, which people deserve
•    Committed and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
•    Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
•    Effective communication, including speaking, writing both in Thai and English
•    High self-initiative with the ability  to work effectively with minimal supervision
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
